Highest Rating Practice in Lincolnshire

The Ingham Surgery received the highest rating across all of Lincolnshire, with 97% of its patients reporting an overall positive experience. Furthermore, 95% of its patients stated that they found it relatively easy to reach someone at the practice by phone. 99% found the receptionists helpful, and 92% were satisfied with the availability of appointment times.

In the nationwide patient satisfaction survey carried out from January to April 2023 by the NHS, the Ingham Practice received the highest rating across all of Lincolnshire. The survey evaluated the quality of care patients received from their local surgeries covering extensive phone wait times, complicated online forms, and a scarcity of appointments.

The results show that patient satisfaction across the UK is at the lowest point for the past six years.

Approximately 71.3%, reported having an overall positive experience with their GP. In Lincolnshire, 75.5% reported a good experience with their local.GP. However, some practices were still rated poorly by their patients.
