CHAPERONE IS AVAILABLE ON REQUEST

• Please advise the receptionist when booking your appointment or when checking in.
• This will usually be by a member of the nursing team.
• However, if a nurse is unavailable and with the patient’s agreement another staff member may be asked to chaperone during the consultation.
