Comments & Complaints

comments

We make every effort to provide the highest standard of service to all our patients and service users.

However, we all know that occasionally things can go wrong which may result in dissatisfaction and the need to make a complaint. Should this happen, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly as possible and to the complainant’s satisfaction.

Please feel free to contact our patient’s representative or complaint leads and they will deal with your complaint promptly. For any further information about the written complaints procedure, leaflets are available from reception.

We strive to meet patients’ expectations at all times by providing the highest standards and a convenient service.

A patient comments and suggestion box is available on the reception desk and we welcome your feedback.

We are happy to report that the Practice receives a minimal number of complaints and we aim to maintain this record.

Ombudsman Services

The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman website contains detailed information on raising a complaint about any aspect of the NHS in England. There is also a leaflet explaining the procedure of bringing a complaint to the ombudsman.
